Horizon Automotive

I dislike having to complain about a business, especially one run in my home town, but stay away from Horizon Automotive Repair. The man running the shop who works on the cars is at least 80 years old. This wouldn't be an issue except for the fact that it takes the man ~4 hours to do a single rear wheel bearing replacement. In other words, you are going to be charged an hourly rate far higher than the industry standard for similar jobs. As we all know, labor is where the money is made for these shops so taking your car here would be a grave mistake. It does not end here, however, I came into the shop with solid documentation in regards to wheel bearing replacements. After I made it clear that I was being ripped off, the man threatened me with physical violence and even went as far as saying he was going to bring his son to "take me outside." If you decide to deal with this shop, all I have to say is good luck.
