The Manchester Apartments

Lived here four years and this is the last they jack up the rent every year at least 100 more a year but nothing new have old appliances and will not upgrade at all and pool is always closed moving out that is for sure I am so done with this place will break the lease that’s how unhappy my family is

The front office girls are very nice and helpful. Jo the manager is very courteous and always willing to help. The grounds are kept very clean. There are children on property but the noise is usually very low at night. Great location, close to everything you need.
