        It's SIMPLE & QUICK to move in. - Short term lease (1 week only after first 4 weeks minimum stay)!!! - Security deposit is between $60 (may be $200 depending on your rental and credit history) - Application fee is $25 per person. - Credit and Debit cards are accepted It's CONVENIENT to stay with us. - All apartments are luxury quality and FULLY FURNISHED. - All utilities are included in rent - Apartments are on a first floor. You can park your car close to your door. - We are located 10 min from DFW airport, minutes from highways, shopping and restaurants, but on a quiet residential street. It's ENJOYABLE to stay with us. - All apartments include a TV set and free extended basic cable from Time Warner. - We have granite counter tops, ceiling fans, walk-in closet plus faux wood floors & 2" blinds if upgraded. - All apartments are super clean and well maintained. - Management and maintenance personnel live on site. All issues are addressed promptly. - We have laundry - We have swimming pool - Grounds are immaculately maintained Pets: not allowed, sorry Criteria to qualify: 1. Minimum gross income: $2,500 per month ($575/week or $1,150 every 2 weeks) 2. No criminal history 3. No Pets. 4. Maximum 3 occupants in apartment • With some credit and rental history issues application may still be approved with $200 deposit.

        I am very upset with the level of unprofessional behavior from the manager and the maintenance. Outdated fake leases, constant retaliation from management, racist management. The maintenance men are constantly drinking on the job. Residents are only allowed one vehicle. Maintenance men who also live here are allowed 3, with limited parking. Grounds are messy. Infested with roaches and bedbugs. Do not abide by rental lease laws. My wife 2 daughters and I paid a deposit for a clean apartment moving from Nevada. Arrived to a room with Band-Aids and dirty used needles. Complained and put into another apartment, never received $200 cleaning fee back. We had put my wife's service dog on original application they failed to read it, wrote us a lease violation. Maintenance man was over drunk 2 feet from my front door blasting Spanish music at 11pm, told management, received another lease violation for damaging company integrity. Maintenance man pulled truck so close to my only door blocking my family and I from exiting, called management, management called poilce for damaging integrity. Police told them they need to not Park so close. My family and I are very clean law abiding people. Management and staff all very imature and unprofessional. Do not recommend to my enemies.
