With over 25 years of experience in physical and massage therapy and thorough education in Germany and California I am your aly in creating balance and harmony on all levels. My unique style and extensive expertise bring about healing and overall well being. You will find my space clean, inviting and nurturing. Having been involved in sports all my life, I continue to work with athletes (professional or weekend) and my sessions are highly effective pre-or post event. Over the years I have worked in hospitals and alongside many chiropractors and I feel deep compassion for my clients with sensitive needs and pain. My Manual Lymph Drainage can ease migraines, whiplash, injuries, fluid retention, boost your immune system and may be applied as soon as one day post surgery (cosmetic, orthopedic, dental and more). It significantly reduces swelling and pain, aiding in speedy recovery. With the dramatic shift we are all going through at this time, I find a much stronger need and desire for energy work.
