Pizza Hut

slow service. lousy food. Not the Pizza Hut I ate at for 30 years. What I was served didn't even resemble a Pizza and the staff were nothing but excuses when I complained. Don't go to Pizza Hut anymore, the deliciousness has flown out the window.

Shortly after 6pm I called in an order for 2 pizzas and was told 30-45 minutes for pick up. Upon my arrival to pick up my order I was among 10 or so other customers waiting to pick up their orders. Both myself and another individual waited another 20 minutes before our orders were finally ready. The 5 or so members of the kitchen staff looked to have NO organization what so ever mixing up orders and arguing back and forth with each other. The one and only reason for leaving still satisfied was the male server working the front counter. I could tell he was over worked, but kept the front in order with amazing professionalism and comfort of the several disgruntled customers. To who it matters, that employee deserves something for handling that situation I witnessed in a organized and positive way! And lastly I wondered, where was management during all of this? As far as I could tell, the gentleman at the front counter would've been my guess..though he was just a server. Thanks again for your help.

I have never had worse pizza hut pizza than when I ordered it from the buffalo rd location. Pizza had very little cheese too much sauce and not enough toppings. The people who answer the phones did not assist me properly. All she kept asking was " is that it" "is that all" in a very hasty voice. I am very disappointed with the product and the employees of pizza hut on buffalo road.

I have only been there once, but that was enough. The waitress got every single thing we ordered wrong and when we complained, the manager did nothing at all.
