West Street Cleaners

I took my 4 medical knee length white jackets (small size) to this cleaners about 3 weeks ago. I picked them up and paid $32.00 (8 dollars each) with my charge card. Two days later after opening them, I discovered that two of them were not mine. They appeared XXL and had 2 different women names printed in the collar. None of my white jackets had any names and they were all small. I returned the jackets to the cleaners, now, two weeks ago explaining to the man who accepted my 4 jackets, that a mistake was made. I returned the two large jackets and he said that he would try to figure out the problem. When I returned last week, he started repeating like a broken machine that the two jackets were mine. I showed him the two of the four jackets that he cleaned to help him know what to look for and to see the labels as to help him locate the style and size. I repeated that I did not have other women names in my jackets and being small, I do not wear extra large medical white jackets and all my staff can attest that my jackets do not fall off me. Again, he said he would check with the hospital; as it appears that he does plenty of white jackets. Today, now almost 3 weeks after the error, I called to follow up since he lies that he will call but doesn't. He again started the mechanical repetition that these are my jackets and then hung up on me. Now, I am out of $16.00 for cleaning two of my physician white jackets that are missing.. I traveled a half mile to this cleaners 2 times to help him resolve the problem. All he does is act as if I am a criminal. The male manager hung up on me when I called to ask about my jackets. I am now filing a BBB complaint.
The accusation that I would lie about the two white jackets not being mine AFTER paying for them is an insult that can not be made whole but this I have to leave to hopefully natural payback for not being honest businessman/person.
