I love this place. Not only do you get perfect customer service, BUT the owner puts in a lot of care and love when she caters or makes your food just for you. She has a great atmosphere and her food is just delicious! The cake she made for me was moist and had the perfect flavor. If your on the line of having her cater you, don't think twice about it and give her a call or stop by!

Customer service!!!! Britt's has not only exceptional food, but great customer service. I live in SC. My Uncle, who lived in Elyria, OH., passed away. I called around to several establishments wanting to order food for my family in Elyria. I was met with "we can't take your credit card over the phone" among other excuses. I called Britt's and was met with a caring family oriented staff. Thank you Britt's for treating us like family. You guys are the best.

My wife and i had Britt's cater our sons grad party this past weekend and we were blown away by this food. This is the best priced food and quality in town! Every person at this party had nothing but great remarks about the food. I highly recommend this place to anyone hands down.

If the caterering food is as good as her lunches everyone is in for a real treat. I love their beer battered fresh cut onions ring with the special sauce they make. I buy 2 orders everytime she makes them. The owner is awesome always personable and always making sure the food is cooked perfect.. Great Job

I just met with the owner Britt today and i could not be more excited to work with this girl! She is so young with a great grasp on her business. I have never met someone so down to earth and business savvy at the same time. The menu is great and my daughter can't wait until the deli caters her graduation party!! I have to say looks can be deceiving i drove past this deli for 15years now and never stopped in until my friend referred me to Britt. Its the perfect small business this community needs with such an adorable and smart business owner. I will give all my business to her and hope everyone else gives her a chance!

She catered my daughters wedding and we couldn't have been more pleased with the food. Everything was bursting with flavors and portioned out perfectley. Most caterers forget to season their food and tends to come out blan, but not this place. All night we had to answer the question of who made this great chicken alfredo! Definetley worth the money folks.

The food I had catered was delivered on time, and the serving sizes were huge. The food was fresh, hot, delicious and it was done at a fair price. Britt and her staff were a pleasure to work with from start to finish and I will definitely use them again.
