        false advertising !!!!

        THIS FACILITY IS NIETHER "GIBSON RANCH" NOR A "EQUESTRIAN" FACILITY. IT IS A POOR EXCUSE FOR A EQUINE RENTAL. CONSISTING OF MALNURISHED,UNDER WEIGHT ,POORLY CARED FOR HORSES THAT SCRATCH OUT A LIVING "TRAIL" RIDING DOWN A BUSY STREET (NOT VERY SENIC). THE OWNERS NEITHER CARE FOR NOR CARE ABOUT THE HEALTH AND WELL BEING OF THIER STAFF OF POOR HORSES. WHICH IS EVIDENT UPON ARRIVAL AT WHAT IS BASICLY A RUN DOWN TRASHY PROPERTY IN A NEIGHBORHOOD THAT JUST HAPPENS TO ALLOW HORSES. WE LEFT UPON SPEAKING WITH THE "STAFF"....IT WAS A JOKE.
