The Cleaning Authority

Today team 8 came for the 2nd time. The house looked like it was never cleaned....normally you should smell product used when you walk into a freshly cleaned house but nothing! My wood floors were never cleaned- a spot from my kids dropping something was still there. There were a ton of particles under the furniture and they didnt go near or under my couch! There were so many areas that were not dusted - from half bathroom - baseboard and picture frames, and stairway. There was even a web going across across my kitchen island lights! I am extremely disappointed. Im furious that they took a plastic bag full of empty water bottles that was in our garage....how dare they take something without asking! There was a tissue box that fell behind my night table and it was still there. They didn't even wipe my furniture to even notice it. My window sills were never dusted, vacuuming was not done under my daughter's bed and my master bath jacuzzi was never touched!
