Very professional great permanent makeup overall great experience

My sister and I booked a surprise couples swedish massage and foot/leg massage for my mom and dad for father's day. My mother returned home with a gash (cut) about 1 1/2 inces long on her upper back area!! Looking back, my mom said she did feel a slightly funny feeling when the scratching occurred, but thought nothing of it because the feeling only lasted a few seconds. She thought assumed it was nothing at all. She had no idea the severity of it until she got home. The initial "funny feeling" she felt at spa later turned into a burning sensation and worsened. The cut became more apparent as the days went by. Since my mom is a very gentle and soft spoken person she did not want to make a big deal out of it when she was at the spa because again, she really assumed it was nothing. However, being in the field of public health, both my sister and I found this to be atrocious-- downright unacceptable. What did the message therapist do or have on her hand that could've cause (cont)..

I loved my experience at this spa. I got the swedish massage and the diamondpeel. The massage was wonderfulI left there feeling relaxed. The diamond peel helped my scarred skin with just one treatment. I will return.

Being that it was my first time i enjoy and i like that it was very clean and the people and the manger where very nice.
