        All Decked Out in Elizabeth, Colorado, Dave Turley: Do not use this guy. He will come out and give you a bid and then on the first day he gets there he says that he has to redo the bid because he bid too low - this is after he cashes your initial check at your bank. When I told him I had no more money to give him he started taking out things from the current bid. For example he bid for replacement of 25 boards - he lowered that to 10 - and he used warped boards on what he did change out. At every step of the way he wants another check. So I paid him and now he has abandoned my job. He has not been seen or heard from in over two weeks.
