When in for a to go order for a ceviche plate which I had ordered before. Cashier said it didn’t exist so I ordered 4 tostadas. Waited 35 minutes and finally asked if my order was done since ceviche is pre-made.(entire visit was 52 minutes) My ordered had not been placed at all. I asked for a refund and was charged a second time in the process. I returned to show them my statement and they said I was wrong. I had been there many time before and this was a true disappointment.
