This place is a joke their policy is a joke the place owner is not professional at all I put $200 down payment over $380 I call within an hour to cancel the order but she decided to steal my down payment by saying whoever company she dealing with they don't cancel they don't return unopen item is this a joke!! stay away!! I have already contacted my lawyer she confirm its %100 win case they are definitely getting sued for over 10k

Red Rose's items are overpriced! You can buy the same exact items for a more affordable price at Home Goods 4 Less. I know this because I bought a table cover for $80 and found the exact cover at the other store for $55. When I went back to the store to get a refund, the owner rudely denied a refund, laughed at me and had the nerve to tell me that I wasn't forced to buy from there. They also don't give receipts if you buy an item with cash.
