El Cajon Mitsubishi

i visited a couple of mitsubishi dealerships before i called el cajon. the only reason i called el cajon mitsubishi is because i went into another dealership to have them match my price on el cajon mitsubishi's ad. they not only did not match the price, the other dealership insisted that el cajon mitsubishi could not honor their online price. boy was the other dealer wrong. not only did they honor it, they had other services (2yr maintenance, discounts on parts and service, etc) that were also included in my "unhonorable price" thanks to everyone that helped me at el cajon mitsubishi.

i wish full tanks of gas were supplied with used cars, but other than that, pretty good experience.

Prior to my visit at El Cajon Mitsubishi I had been looking for a new sedan for a long long time. I emailed, called, visited, drove, and negotiated dealerships all over San Diego county, everywhere from Escondido to The Mile of cars, from Toyota to Honda. Everywhere I went I was treated extremely disrespectfully by the sales reps, I guess they just assumed that a lonely female in her mid 20's wouldn't know a clue about buying a car therefore they "could offer me their best deal". Make long story short after 3 months of dealing with a bunch of corrupting salesmen I decided to give ECM a try, and I'm so glad I did. From the second I walked in I was greeted with a smile and a very warm handshake, I explained to the sales rep exactly what I was looking for and the prices I was willing to pay. I made it very clear I wasn't looking to waste my time or his and that I was not willing to let them fool me either. Both the sales rep as well as the manager Bryan offered me the option to customize my ideal car and they would find it for me at the best price. Surely after I told them what I wanted they were able to find it and have it deliver to the showroom in less than 1 hour. I was impressed with their level of professionalism and their commitment to go out of the way to please!! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is serious about buying a car and wants to avoid monkey business!! And for those who criticize the looks of the dealership let me just say that my experience there was very warm and welcoming, who cares if the showroom is not the size of wall-mart? What matters is the piece of mind you will get once you drive home with a great car at a reasonable price!!

we came into buy a vehicle for our son, and were so happy with the service we bought 2! they asked us how to improve on our service, and we explained that you CAN'T IMPROVE ON PERFECTION!!! we will be back for all of our vehicles!

I needed service on my 2001 Mitsubishi. While waiting on the repairs I browsed the lot with NO INTENTION OF BUYING A CAR -mine just needed a few minor repairs. Naturally, a salesman came up to me but he wasn't pushy just making sure I was being helped. We chatted for a few and the next thing you know I traded in my car while still in the service garage and bought a new one! I absolutley love my new Eclipse!! It's been a while since I've had a new car and they not only gave me a great deal it was actually a fun experience. Everyone was really nice (never pushy) and they didn't treat me like "just another sucker". I recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of car because they have all kinds. Not just new ones.

A note to thank you, and through you, to the Team at El Cajon Mitsubishi. I appreciated the way everyone responded to what could have been a difficult situation.

Instead, you all demonstrated the important response of turning a problem in to an opportunity for exceptional service. I find your responses even more gratifying because you were not responsible for causing the problem, just ensuring it was resolved. I am thrilled with my Raider and look forward to driving it for many years.

On September 3d I brought in my 2007 outlander to replace a manifold which was making noise. Technicians did a grear job in locating the noise and repairing it. Service staff was very professional.Fantastic work. I definetely recommend this dealership to all of my friends..

I purchased a blue Mazda 3i from this dealership a couple weeks ago before I went on vacation. It was advertised on AOL (http://autos.aol.com/used-list/exp-301) as having air conditioning. Granted, I should have checked myself, but it happened to be the one thing I overlooked. I should have known better than to believe something would come as advertised.



However, you would think an honest car dealership would point out the major deficiency of no A/C, especially in Southern California. Especially when the saleswoman claimed to be a personal friend of the last owner. Now, the advertisement is gone.



El Cajon Mitsubishi is the reason that people cannot trust dealerships! I have nothing to gain on this, just don't let them screw you over.

I feel they went out of their way to pass the buck when my vehicle was brought in for warranty repairs and in the end instead of fixing the problems they prolonged the problem so it revealed itself AFTER the warranty expired. They sold me a used vehicle with a bad converter.
