Get N Fit

This is a new training studio in Edmond and its location is very convenient for me. I never worked with a personal trainer let alone exercised much. So, I was pretty nervous when I signed up. The studio provided a private room for training with just you and the trainer. This made it less intimidating and more comfortable for me. The routines were actually fun and exciting despite my initial opinion towards exercising. The routines never got boring and I was challenged every time. I started to feel results within the first week which was awesome! I felt more energized and more confident. The best part was when my husband noticed how my waist and hips were slimming down. :) My trainer was very knowledgeable and provided excellent support and motivation. I'm so happy I made this decision and investment in my health and well being. I would strongly recommend this studio. The trainers are down to earth, easy to relate to, knowledgeable, motivating, and most important fun to exercise with!
