Water damage to my bed. Lady I called later that night to report damage just didnt want to deal with it and kept telling me they closed at 6 pm and it was 7 pm. ( I'm guessing the number is her personal cell phone. If you dont want people calling you....change the phone number you can be reached at). When I went in face to face the next morning, she was on the phone figuring out how to do a claim (which I appreciated), but was making semi unprofessional comments such as "I've never had a claim in the 2 years I've been here" and "but that unit has a new door and water seal." Then stated they did have a leak in the roof over one unit (unspecified location) that did leak into the surrounding units through the floor boards before. Not happy that my new mattress (less than 6 months old) is now not able to be used and WILL NOT return or recommend this location to anyone to use. Not to mention it is in a sketchy location.
