We provide counsel to companies and individuals on their SEC reporting obligations and other corporate governance matters. We represent clients who are shareholders of U.S. public companies in meeting their Section 16 and 13 compliance filing obligations. We also provide counsel to companies while they are still privately owned, and advise them through the private placement and later IPO processes and subsequent financing transactions to meet their capital needs to achieve rapid business expansion. Litigation is our core competence, and KKT is well-respected for our work in commercial litigation. We have a team of attorneys able to efficiently manage and litigate the most complex commercial litigations such as product liability cases and patent infringement cases. Our commercial litigation group is devoted to the creative resolution of complex business disputes on behalf of both corporate entities as well as individuals.
