LNL Taxi

I chose this cuz it had 5 stars, but I stood waiting outside10 min prior to appt time, because it's hard to find where I live, only to find he was late 8 minutes, so a total of 18 min. wait time.

Then I couldn't close the van door cuz it was heavy. Rather than saying, "I'll get it ma'am," he sat while I jiggled it, saying,"don't force it." I gave them 2 stars for their customer service.

Lnl Taxi in Edgewood has been excellent to me over the years. The driver Rudi has always been amazing and the staff is always courteous. When no one else would pick me up, because of my wheelchair Rudi and Lnl Taxi has never let me down. Thank you for years of services and kindnesses.
