Allied Cycle Shop

I needed to buy a bike for my 10 yr old & wasn't sure where to go since the stores that I used to go to are currently closed (i.e. Kmart, Toys R Us). I'm so glad I called several stores then decided to go up to Allied. I was impressed with their selection and their customer service was outstanding! I would highly recommend this shop for buying bikes, accessories or just to get a flat fixed. I will definitely return for future business.

I have been shopping at allied bike for years and everytime I have a very pleasurable experience. A lot of knowledge and very patient. I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is in the market for a new bike.

I've always had great customer service and they stand by their products. We buy all our bikes and service here; have for years. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. My bf went in there looking for a new bike and the owner said he didn't have/know of anything big enough to hold him. 
We went to the trek store in grosse pointe woods, and they were more than happy to help us, and didn't make him/us feel ridiculous for wanting bikes. They lost business from both of us, and we will tell everyone we know how rude he was.

Horrible customer service. Told me my bike was a piece of crap and tried to sell me a new bike. Bike wouldn't shift after tune up. Grips not glued on. Very argumentative and unprofessional.

These guys have great service and amazing inventory. I really enjoyed working with Paul and he got me a great deal on a wonderful Raleigh bicycle.

The owner of this shop, Paul, is pushy and aggressive. He will do whatever it takes to get the sale. I purchased a $350 bike from his store and he said he would exchange it if I changed my mind within a week. When I went to exchange it, he all of a sudden didn't have time for me and didn't let me choose the color bike I wanted. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!
