They damaged my shirt and owner refused to resolve the issue. John (the owner) was very rude, and very unprofessional. He approach the issue with a horrible attitude and lost a customer of 4 years.

The owner of this cleaners is very, very rude. I have been going there for years and noticed that my brand new sweaters had come out very fuzzy the last dry cleaning. When I brought it to the owners attention he told me he didn't see a problem that it was not his job to make my clothes look new and if I didn't like it to find another cleaners. If I wanted a lint filled sweater I could've washed it myself. I am done with this cleaners. I can't deal with being treated horribly after spending my money there faithfully.

I just left the cleaners the clerk that put dumb in blond was the rude,carry a Congo with everyone in the store that works there and not me, then regardless of what I said charge me for a pre- treatment I told her I did not want! All I know is my work clothes, notice I said work clothes had better be spotless.

Been going to 2 dollar dry cleaning for about a year. I took a button down shirt in there that was a 120 shirt to be clean and When I get it back it went from being white/bulk/ gold to being white/yellow/gold He turn the black to yellow and had burn marks on the shirt from what look like a iron and tried to make it seem like it was the dye that did it and said the burn marks was not burn marks but the rest of the black dye I would not do business there any more

I have been going to this clea...

I have been going to this cleaning company for the last 2 years, and for the first time I had a problem. I always take all me and my wife winter jackets to $2 dollar dry clean every winter to get cleaned up, after picking up my jackets I noticed on my left arm a my strap that goes around my risk was hanging off. I figured it would be no problem to get this repaired when I brought my coat back in as it was not this way when I dropped it off and it showed no indication that it was ripping on check in. Well the manager John was VERY rude and accused me of ripping my OWN jacket, and then stating the machine could not rip it because nothing else on my jacket was ripped, he was so sure of his machine and went to say well nobody else jackets are coming out ripped. This ripp is very small and its a $400.00 jacket I am sure John could had offered me ANY form of a solution and I would had been happy but he told me he would fix it but charge me the $10+ fee I have never been treated so rude by any manager of any retail/services location and I will ensure to spread the word on how rude John is and how bad he treats his used to be LOYAL customer.
