I have been a patient at CNY Family Dentistry for over 10 years, and originally became a patient because they participate in the military dental plan, United Concordia, but I stayed a patient and have referred others because of the exceptional service, friendliness, cleanliness, efficiency (I NEVER wait when I get there) and overall excellent dental care I received over the years. Even though I am no longer in the military (and therefore no longer have dental coverage), I will continue to go there, twice a year. I have had other dentists in the past that do NOT measure up to this practice, so I know what I'm talking about! Thank you, Dr. Vignogna and your wonderful staff for taking such pride in your work and for providing such a friendly, warm, inviting environment. I almost forget that I'm there to have my teeth worked on!

My family and I have been treated by Dr. Vignogna for over ten years, and find him to be very professional, courteous and competent. We also have found his staff to be professional, courteous and competent. His office has much of the latest equipment, and he is conveniently located as well. We will not consider going to anyone else, having found the best!

I currently sitting here waiting for my appt. And when I told the front desk lady I have recieved a secondary insurance and given her my card, her attitude quickly changed. I recently got insurance to help cover medical bills for baby purposes because I am a full time student almost 40 hrs a week along with working. I also am paying off student loans. I am currently recieving medicaid for the baby but that is my secondary just used for copayments (35 $). She put me into a category and said "I don't know how much this covers for YOU PEOPLE" and she also ended with "YOUR GUYS' insurance is always changing so be sure to check to see they covet this. Just because your getting this insurance doesn't mean it covers it all". I was soooo disgusted! I have never in my life lived off or used the government. I still pay my taxes! I still work! How rude of her to categorize someone she has no clue about. How unprofessional!
