Seeking a new vehicle can be a frustrating experience but Jim and Kim at Auto Factory set a different positive tone for me. Their willingness to sincerely provide the key ingredients in my quest to purchase the right car for me at the right price, provide the extra effort in dealing with all the associated paperwork and flat out demonstrating what we all look for in any purchase SERVICE. They are very patient, courteous and display an unmatched caring for their customer. The bottom line asked today is that if one would return and also recommend/refer this dealer, Auto Factory, and the answer is YES, wholeheartedly. I am very happy overall with my new car. I generally harbor some concern that a used car dealer will try to take advantage of me. Jim and Kim at the Auto Factory impressed me with their honest and transparent business practices, pride in providing a good product, and their goodwill. There was no sales pressure. Unlike other dealers they did not try to charge a "documentation" fee. As Jim said, "why would I charge a fee for paperwork that I am legally required to give you anyway?" Jim had bought my Sienna directly from the new car dealer where it had been traded in by the first owner rather than through an auction. I had thoroughly researched prices and competitive offers. He gave me a great price. After the deal had been made he decided to put new tires on the car (without my asking) even though there was enough tread to pass inspection. Ultimately, I trusted them enough that I sent my daughters with the bank check to complete the transaction and pick up the car. It was all around an excellent used car buying experience.
