        Overall

        I called to get some info on a package I was waiting for. the woman who I guess handles the mail there answered the phone. She was very rude and mean to me. she thought I was accusing her of losing my package or something I don't know. But she attacked me the minute I opened my mouth. clearly a very miserable individual.
