Rich stole $5000.00 of my retainer money by not doing a thing and making up charges to bill for. DO NOT HIRE HIM. I've chatted with other victims. He'll have you sign forms and try to steal your money, even though he didn't lift a finger to get it back!!!! He'll drive letters to places and charge $1500 even though we have the U.S. mail system!!! Ridiculous, pitiful man steals from poor people who thinks he'll help. GO ELSEWHERE.

Foster and Harmon is a top notch firm with an excellent reputation. Beyond just sound legal advice, both Cindy and Rich care about their clients best interests. I have contacted both many times for legal assistance, and they have always provided sound legal advice at a fair price. After seeing a couple of the other negative reviews, I felt the need to post this. Obviously, nobody is perfect, but the review presented, which appears to be a cut and paste from a former review from someone else seemed completely off base, out of character, and unfair. Of course, you can never please everyone! But I have referred numerous friends to the firm and all have been very satisfied!
