        Dispatcher Was Very Inappropriate

        We called for a taxi and were told that it would be about an hour. We were out at a bar and didn't hear the phone ring when the taxi arrived 30 minutes early. When we called the company back the dispatcher was very rude, cursing at us and telling us it was our fault and that we were out of luck. In the proceeding week we kept getting prank called by the dispatcher. The only plus was that the drivers that we had previously had were very nice, professional, and knowledgeable.
