NY Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

I called Flat Rate Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning to clean my rug that had urine on it from my sick dog.

The guy that came over guaranteed me that the smell and stain would be removed completely.

I got my rug back about 2 weeks later and saw that the stains were still there and the smell was worse than before. When I asked the delivery man why was I guaranteed the stain and smell to come out completly, he said he had no idea and I should call the office. While I was going to call the office the delivery man insisted I give him the balance in cash, I told him that he would have to re clean the area rug because it was unacceptable, he didnt answer. I called the office and the man that answered the phone said "pay the delivery man in cash and we will pick up the rug again and clean it"

When I refused to pay for the service until it was done properly the delivery man tried to take the rug back without my permission. In the end I called the police because I was scared for my life. The delivery man ran out the door and I never heard back from him or anyone at Flat Rate Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. I wrote letters and sent emails, no response.

Make sure you are happy with your service and make sure whatever they tell you is on your contract, DO NOT USE THEM Flat Rate Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
