Dakota County Community Development Agency operates a range of housing and community development programs. The agency serves the residents of Dakota County in Minnesota. It manages more than 2,000 rental housing units. The agency was established in 1971 as the Dakota County Housing and Redevelopment Authority. Dakota County Community Development Agency has received the Blue Ribbon Best Practices Award from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
