The Leland House Suites of Durango is a Boutique hotel in Downtown Durango located one block off main street in the trendy 2nd Avenue District. We offer apartment-sized suites, specifically, (4) studios, (6) one bedroom suites with pull out couches, and (1) two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. Each unit is equipped with a kitchen or kitchenette, air conditioning, heating, and the building is 100% solar powered. Our aim is to provide a total guest experience enabling visitors to live, work, and play like locals in Durango, CO and the surrounding region. There is plenty of outdoor seating on the property and The R-Space, a co-working space across the street, is free to Leland House guests. We’re the perfect hub for our guests to experience an extended stay in the region. Our contactless-entry allows guests to come and go as they please, but we are always on site or only a phone call away for concierge recommendations for hiking, biking, fishing and other outdoor activities; site seeing; coffee shops and restaurants; grocery and farmer’s market recommendations, and more.
