This Office is very welcoming ...

This Office is very welcoming and friendly. The staff were very knowledgeable. I was pretty aprehensive to see the dentist at first, but after my first visit they made me feel so at home. I cant wait to get the rest of my work done. Thank you Lake Dental for giving me a great experience.

More. I have always received excellent care. But the last few years, every single one of my appointments has been cancelled and rescheduled by staff there for one reason or another. Every single one. It is getting highly frustrating. I don't understand why this keeps happening to me. I am thinking about switching to another dentist. I have a very busy schedule and it's very inconvenient when my appointments are constantly having to be rescheduled, especially when I have been such a loyal customer for so many years. I also have a medical condition that makes it very important for me to stay on top of routine dental cleanings/care every six months. Sometimes my appointments have been pushed out to seven or eight months in between due to cancellations and rescheduling on the part of Lake Superior Dental.
Dental Sealants
At Lake Superior Dental, we believe that a preventive strategy is the key to balancing lifelong oral health. Regular examinations and hygiene visits combined with fluoride application, sealants, and home care education set the foundation for prevention.

Resin Composite
We pride ourselves on staying current with new and tested restorative materials and techniques. Cavity control is an integral phase of oral health care and fillings are the manner in which that phase is managed. When bacteria gets through the outer layer of enamel and into the dentin, we remove the decayed tooth structure and place a filling. Before a filling is placed, we make sure you know the pros and cons of the materials we use. Our resin composite is BPA-free, and we take all precautions in protecting you when placing new and removing old fillings.

Ne method of crown and bridge fabrication we utilize consists of a digital scanner and design software. We have the capability to convert images from intraoral scans or a printed/milled model into a 3D computer model. From this we design in a crown or bridge on the computer (CAD).

Root Canal Treatment
The team at Lake Superior Dental Associates are amazing! From Dr. Anderson to Jen my hygienist to Ann in billing- they are wonderful and I’m saying that after having a root canal! Thank you for your great customer service!!

Young age to have all my teeth removed and have dentures with some implants. Dr. Bartlam, along with his assistant Heidi have been working with me for The past 10 months. Many times talking me off my ledge, easing my mind, and comforting tears when I was worried. I had to trust this whole dental team ultimatly to make this big decision. And they did not disappoint! The kindness and compassion of this entire team made this a very comforting journey! Thank you so much Lake superior dental, (previously North Country Dental) Dr. Bartlett, Heidi, for all you have done! I am truly happy!
