yesterday I purchased a Serta I directions ( Elite Series X30 Hybrid King mattress) with the friendly, exceptional help from Robb DeBoer, he also assisted me in finding a real nice, actually beautiful curio cabinet (weathered grey), I'd asked Robb to do me a favor!!, please push the delivery quick, these are birthday gifts for my husband, he's in Vegas working the NASCAR race, I want them there and delivered before my husband comes home Sunday night, Monday Morning, he said let me see what I can do!! he made it happen & they were delivered the next day quickly, and carefully, by the very kind and friendly delivery driver's Edwardo, & Gerardo, thank you for the fast and friendly service, they were very careful when bringing these item's in, asked where I wanted them placed & set up,took great care of me

My wife and I needed to get appliances for our new home. We did our research and looked at several different options and models. We don't have a preference for specific brands and wanted to get the best options with what we could afford. We did want to go with stainless steel and wanted to make sure they would last.

When we finally made our decision to go forward and purchase the appliances, the process was quick and easy. The salesmen were knowledgeable and really helpful. They gave us what we needed and provided suggestions when we needed them.

The delivery team was great as well! They brought in everything within the provided delivery time frame. They were professional and were very efficient at getting everything done.

The sales people and managers there are horrible. We purchased what we thought was a great deal Mattress with a base and on the day we were going to pick it up they called us and told us the base wasn't included. They said that they misread the offer and therefore weren't willing to honor the deal, even after we had already paid for it and it was clearly offered on the invoice.

Any business that deals with repeat purchasers (as in for the home) shouldn't be giving away deals and then taking them back. Further more they were rude and unhelpful. I would never go there again, save your effort and go somewhere they actually care about their customers.
