Swedish Massage

Chair Massage
Focusing on your back, shoulders, neck, and arms, a seated chair massage is performed over your clothes and doesn’t require any massage oil. You will be seated in a special chair with your face resting in a cradle. Your back and neck completely relax while the therapist relieves muscle tension using Swedish massage moves like kneading and compression.
Full Body Massage
During a full body massage, we will work your back, shoulders, hips/glutes (through the sheet), and legs. You will then turn over on the table, under the sheet, so we can work the front of the legs, feet, hands, arms, shoulders, neck, head, and face. We undrape only the area we are working at the time. All glute work will be completed through the sheet.

CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance.
Face Massage
During your session you will lie on one side and have the candle carefully inserted into your ear. Most people feel a warming sensation from the candle, which relaxes the ear canal and softens the debris within the ear. If the heat becomes uncomfortable, inform your practitioner and they will stop the session. You may hear crackling and popping as the wax/fluid/debris are loosening. Relax as you enjoy a neck and face massage that is part of your session.

Since our facials are designed to work on your skin from the neck up, you are to do nothing; we do it all. Cosmetics can be reapplied after the service; feel free to bring them with you, or ask about our make-up application services. Men should shave 12 hours before, if possible, unless bearded. Other than these few easy steps, simply be ready to relax and enjoy yourself in our private, comfortable facial room.
Eyebrow Threading
Threading is a method of hair removal originating in India and Central Asia. In more recent times, it has gained popularity in Western countries, especially with a cosmetic application (particularly for removing/shaping eyebrows). In threading, a thin cotton or polyester thread is doubled, then twisted. It is then rolled over areas of unwanted hair, plucking the hair at the follicle level. Unlike tweezing, where single hairs are pulled out one at a time, threading can remove short rows of hair. Many people prefer eyebrow threading over waxing because threading allows for a more defined and precise shape, and can create better definition for eyebrows. It is also gentler on the skin, and is ideal for those with sensitive skin, or those using Retinol or Accutane products.
