I was anxious before my first time appointment last week with Dr. Lefkowitz due to an existing foot trauma and previous treatment attempts, but everyone at the office put my mind at ease right away. I had a piece of glass stuck in my heel for 10 days. After two previous trips to the doctor (once to Patient First/Urgent Care, and then to my primary care physician), I was still suffering. Dr. Lefkowitz was able to examine me, and remove the glass others’ doubted even existed within 15 minutes. I was SO RELIEVED! It was a much less painful procedure than I previously experienced at Urgent Care, and most importantly he fixed the problem! During the visit, I sensed I was in good hands with Dr. Lefkowitz and the support staff, who were all very pleasant, sympathetic and kind. I never felt rushed. The atmosphere was professional and nice. I immediately made a secondary appointment to address another (less dramatic!) foot issue on the spot.
Family Practice
I would appreciate a copy of the report that fully documents the cyst that’s referenced. It wasn’t shared during or after the appointment and in order to completely understand the issue that would have been helpful. I would like to have a copy for my files and a recommendation on any symptoms that are important to be aware of to be conscious if more immediate follow-up would be needed. I also felt that the confusion about the referral being needed and how to address it was somewhat confusing. I think it could have been that I provided the wrong card at first yet it was still not clear about what the process or resolution was. I am planning to call Aetna or Buckingham Family Medicine to make sure they processed it. I don’t want this to be an issue that could have been addressed immediately and that gets dragged out. In general, separate from these two points, everyone was pleasant and we were happy to get help with our issues. At this point we felt like they’ve been addressed.

When you have pain in your feet, you don’t want to hear “I’ll see you Monday”. You want relief. And you want it now. That is exactly what you get from us.

I recently took my son to Quality Foot Care to see Dr. Lefkowitz for an infected ingrown toenail. My son has a form of Autism and can get very anxious, Dr. Lefkowitz and his staff were so awesome! They were patient, informative,and overall just great with my son! And gave him amazing care! I highly recommend them

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and Dr. Lefkowitz is extremely knowledgeable. I have had many issues due to chemotherapy, and he has been able to successfully deal with all of them. He is always on time, which is a rare quality among doctors, and I appreciate the fact that I don’t spend a lot of time waiting to see him. He is friendly, personable, and will take the time to listen and address all of your questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Quality Foot Care to anyone in need of these services. You will not be disappointed!

Dr. Lefkowitz and his outstanding staff couldn’t have been more accommodating, efficient, friendly, and effective. He is an incredibly skilled doctor and I would recommend his outstanding work and professional staff to anyone. We had a tight college soccer schedule to work with and his office made my son’s needs a priority. His flexibility and phenomenal skill put my son back on the field the NEXT day – BOTH times! If you have any foot issue at all, get to his office – you’ll be glad you did!

My primary physician referred me to a podiatrist for an ankle problem. I had no idea that podiatirists treated ankles! My experience with Dr Lefkowitz and his staff was excellent. The office is very modern and had all the equipment to diagnose and treat my problelm. Appointments for physical therapy were scheduled at conveniet times with almost no waiting. Best of all my pain is gone and I’ve resumed normal activities. I will continue to use Quality Foot Care and highly recommend them.
