Teeth Cleaning
Teeth cleaning (also known as prophylaxis, literally a preventive treatment of a disease) is a procedure for the removal of tartar (mineralized plaque) that may develop even with careful brushing and flossing, especially in areas that are difficult to reach in routine tooth-brushing. It is often done by a dental hygienist. Professional cleaning includes tooth scaling and tooth polishing and debridement if too much tartar has accumulated. This involves the use of various instruments or devices to loosen and remove deposits from the teeth.

Resin Composite
Bonding is more susceptible to staining or chipping than other forms of restoration such as veneers. When teeth are chipped or slightly decayed, bonded composite resins may be the material of choice. Bonding also is used as a tooth-colored filling for small cavities and broken or chipped surfaces.
Veneers
This patient had broken the maxillary left lateral/central incisors. They had previously been restored with composite which was wearing. The teeth were restored with porcelain veneers to match existing teeth.
Crowns
This patient had discolored, worn, over restored, unattractive teeth. Ten maxillary (top) and ten mandibular (bottom) porcelain crowns were placed
Bridges
This patient was unhappy with the appearance of his lower teeth. One of the teeth had to be extracted from his mouth. After extraction, a six unit fixed bridge was placed with a new precision attachment partial denture.
Dental Bonding
This patient had all of her teeth whitened, cosmetic re-contouring (also known as reshaping), and composite bonding on her maxillary (top) central incisors.

Root Canal Treatment
Everyone I met was outgoing and welcoming. I had a root canal done this morning, and Dr. Sorensen was great! I didn’t feel a thing at any point – including shots in the mouth – which I hate! My family (wife and 5 kids) all go here as well – everyone loves this place. I’d recommend this dentist to anyone and everyone!

In college, after realizing that he did not look like Brad Pitt, Tyler decided to abandon his hopes of being a movie star and focused on dentistry like his father before him. He attended the University of Utah, Go UTES! In 2003 he graduated with a major in Psychology, and a minor in Chemistry and began to search for the absolute best dental School. He was accepted to the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA. He was fortunate to have excellent instructors in school, teaching him how to restore the most complex cases. May of 2008 he graduated from UPENN, and headed up to Bethlehem, PA to attend a General Practice Residency. Here he was able to learn from 20+ different doctors their techniques and tricks and became very well rounded in all aspects of dentistry. Before working in Jenkintown he worked around the city most recently in Norristown. He was fortunate to work with Highly skilled Dentists and learned from them. in 2013 he began placing dental implants and has taken many continuing education courses since then to improve his ability. Currently, he is taking a one year mastery course in California from gIDE dental Institute in association with Loma Linda University. He has placed well over 5000 dental implants from 2013 to 2019.

She started at the Univeristy of Pennsylvania after that and graduated 2008. While in school she was awarded the Pharmacology award for excellence in Pharmacology. Diana moved to Allentown, PA after that and went to the same residency as Dr. Sorensen at the Lehigh Valley Hospital. She too was taught by 20+ different instructors and learned how to treat patients that were medically compromised. She excels in Invisilign, and cosmetic dentistry. She enjoys spending time with her family, and is an excellent mother. She loves hiking, campfires, and going to the shore.
