U.S. Bank

Was there 10/31/14, at 5:50P, along with several others. Was told the drive - up was only open until 6:PM and the drawer was closed out. Told the teller I did not need cash, and asked about making credit card payment. Teller again said "sorry the drawer was closed out" and there was nothing he could do. Again told him I was not "cashing" anything, and was then told "too bad". I then asked for his name, and asked why all the green lane lights were on. Before he cut off the intercom I heard him yell at someone " hurry up, turn off the lights", and then he just walked away. Other tellers have been very nice and helpful, but this one is extremely lacking in any type of customer relations.
