I had the most wonderful experience with Kapsa Monuments. Gloria was so caring and helpful and spent so much time with me. I had no idea that I could chose a sports related grave marker! My husband was a fisherman and Gloria devoted over an hour of her time to get it EXACTLY right. The comfort I feel whenever I look at the marker that depicts a man in a boat fishing, and even has a fish on the hook, is heartwarming. Then I thought, why not get mine too? Again, Gloria went above and beyond to capture what I was feeling. And the price was very reasonable! The cemetery had 9 choices of markers where as Kapsa had several BOOKS to choose from.

My mom passed away and within a week I got a disgusting flyer in the mail from this company. I suppose they read obituaries and look up relatives to whom to send their flyers. Anyways - it was disgusting. I know people have to make a living but this was very heavy handed. No way no how would I go with them.

The funeral home was going to arrange for the grave stone, but they dragged their feet so I called Kapsa Monument and I am so glad I did. Kapsa has been were wonderful to work with. They found the exact design that was used on my dad's headstone almost 50 years ago. My mom's headstone matches perfectly. It's beautiful. The cost was also so reasonable and they completed all of the arrangements with the cemetery. They are truly wonderful people to work with and the grace stone turned out absolutely perfect. We recently ordered a memorial through Kapsa Monuments. Gloria is extremely patient and offered many options for us to consider. She made the process very easy. The memorial was made and delivered in a very timely manner. The cost was less than other quotes we had. Their location was convenient for us. Very Good Service

Our mothers grave was unmarked for several years because my siblings and I just couldn't work on it emotionally. What a blessing to have found Kapsa monuments. Gloria was so very patient with us making drawings for us and showing us ideas. We felt so relaxed, their comfort dog hung around us and their little girl played. The price was very reasonable and the tombstone is just perfect. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I lost the most beautiful person in the world my son. Gloria created a monument that reflected how precious he was and always will be. When our father passed away, we happened to find Kapsa monument company in Downer's Grove, IL. Gloria was very kind and sympathetic. The cost was actually cheaper than other companies for the same size, type, & quality of stone. They handled the requirements of the cemetery, and all correspondence was handled via telephone & email. Once ordered and delivered, Gloria sent us a photograph of the stone, as we moved out of town. A very professional company. I highly recommend them.
