Uptown Dental

Had my first cleaning in August. Typical stuff. Staff professional, Dr. Williams very personable and approachable. Called in Dec to see about a tooth I believed was cracked. Got in within 24hrs. Discovered that crown had cracked (work done by another office). Dr. Williams fixed me right on up. I was scared to have this work done again. Prior office did not make the experience pleasant. Again, staff professional and made me feel very comfortable. No pain and crown should be in soon. Thanks Dr. Williams and staff. Keep up the good work.

I went in to get a few caps/crowns and they botched my teeth. They grinded my teeth down and then put cavity filling stuff on my teeth and grinded that down and all my teeth are uneven and then where they stop they left inner tooth material exposed. This was 2 years ago and i still deal with this pain and embarrassment because now im scared it will only get worse. Do not go here! They are cheap and scammers. They charged me for caps and put filling junk all over my teeth.

They got my sugery approved quickly with my insurance. I was so scared but Dr Williams and the staff made it so easy. It was pain free and he took the time to make sure I was ok throughout the whole process. Everyone who is afraid to go get their teeth fixed needs to go see Dr Williams.

This is the worst experience I have ever had!!! My appointment was at 11am and here it is 12:24pm and still no service...WTH!!! The front desk could care less. I get the feeling that they accept a lot of medicaid patients and they don't care about the service. I have private insurance. I can do better than this!

This is the worse dental office ever. I went there for an extraction and 2 fillings and here i am now months later with a damaged lingual nerve, sensitive fillings and possible paresthesia on left side. I was seen by Dr. Rose Green. She is the worse dentist ever. So i end up going to a different dentist which did x-rays and saw the overflow of filling surrounding my teeth, decay on the fillings, irritated gums, and lost of nerve on the left side of my tongue. It's been months and my gum is still numb and i have no feeling on the left side of my tongue. I'm in the process of seeing specialists to correct this problem. Dr. Williams tried to correct the problem but failed. He claimed I shouldn't have any more issues but that was a lie. So not only did they go in twice to correct fillings the issue still isn't fix. I'm going to file a complain with the BBB. This place needs to be closed down.

The Office Staff was rude and unprofessional. The Office Staff could not understand simple instructions. Then they began to argue with the patient over these simple instructions. The Office Staff did not take patients in the order of appointments nor the order that they arrived in the office.



Dr. Williams was OK. But handling patients with phobia of dentists, he did not.



In conclusion, the Office Staff and Dr. Williams did not do any type of follow up call with patient after an extreme procedure even after emailing them to call. They only care about the money and not the patients.

Very professional. They take Medicaid and keep you informed and do a good job. I had a couple extractions, very quick and good experience.

Awesome. I called them and had an emergency visit within an hour. I had TWO extractions done and was in and out in about an hour and a half. Dr. Williams and his assistant Don were accommodating, caring, attentive, and just cool in general. I was never judged or talked down to. I had a HORRIBLE experience just yesterday but felt completely comfortable when I went to Uptown. I really appreciate the way they worked around me being comfortable instead of sacrificing my comfort and anxiety to get done quickly. They never tried to push me to spend money on costly procedures when they knew I wasn't able and they are working with me on an affordable treatment plan so that I may save my other teeth. I hope Dr. Williams (and Don!) stick around the area because I'd have a hard time finding a better dentist! I'll definitely be recommending them to everyone!
