Overall

've been at this practice for 10 years. If you're looking to be placed on an assembly line, this practice is for you. They don't have feminine trashcans in the restroom, so you basically waddle across the floor to the trashcan by the door if you need to throw away a used panty liner. Restrooms are always dirty and filled with trash. You will never see the same person twice and they had to question the date of my last two miscarriages, which they performed the D&Cs for. Really? This is not a topic that I would like to discuss and bring up every time I go for a prenatal visit. It hurts, although they treat it as if it didn't even happen or matter. And now that I am pregnant, tell me again why I need to make a "confirmation" appointment when I've been pregnant for 12 weeks and seeing a specialist who has done 3 ultrasounds and countless bloodwork? How much proof do you need exactly to provide the care? Then, I come in and do a urine sample and you don't even do anything with it???

Ladies at the front desk are incompetent and never know the answers to my questions. They should at LEAST have some idea of how to transfer medical records. Darnell at the front is awesome! She needs a raise. She is the only competent, nice, respectful person I've talked to at the front desk.

Also, what is the point of completing a spouse release form if you're still going to send my spouse away every time I visit? Not all families are messed up, so don't assume mine is too. He has the right to be at my appointment unless I notify you otherwise.

For the biggie, I think it is a FEDERAL VIOLATION to leave a computer screen up in a patient's room that has all of the current patients' information listed. I do not need to know that Susie Q next door is here to see Dr. so and so because she has an OB problem or irregular pap. Oh, and now I know how far along she is in her pregnancy because, off to the side, it lists her weeks/days of pregnancy. SERIOUSLY?!! You could be shut down for this!

Overall
Nice people, non-personal service

I was cared for by this group for my first pregnancy, and will be looking elsewhere when I try to have another child. While everyone was knowledgeable and friendly, they were all in such a hurry that notes in my file were wrong, and even if they weren't, my file was never read, so I had to give each new person a run-down of my situation. You can never see the same person the entire time, and they all disagree about treatment, etc. It was very stressful for me. I was sent to the hospital many times also, just to be sent home. This cost us a lot of money! Next time, I will look for a private ob/gyn so that they will remember me when they see me!
