        Worst installation and customer service EVER for an above ground pool. Sand filter does not even have pool filter sand in it. Having to hire someone else to come fix the mess

        We purchased our Artesian Spa in January of 2013. It not only lives up to our expectations but far surpasses what we thought it would be like to own one. The hydrotherapy is excellent for my bad back and for everyday aches and pains. I can't say enough about the spa, it is by far the best purchase we have made for personal enjoyment. The purchase was made easy thanks to the work of Nevada getting everything set up for delivery and answering all our questions and concerns. She is a great asset to the company for her knowledge and her wonderful personality with the customers. I can assure you that you won't be disappointed with the purchase of a spa but rather you will be pleasantly surprised that it is by far better than you imagined it would be to own one. We refer anyone interested in owning a spa to Nevada and Trent (the owner) for their purchase.

        Inflated price signs are hung on each tub, with a makeshift sign next to it that reads "make reasonable offer".

        I was looking for a 110v GFCI plug for my tub. I had been to three stores with no luck when I stopped by here. They had one in stock and when I asked how much, the sales girl had to call her boss. He didn't answer so she made small talk for a minute. I told her I ordered the part online, but it was back ordered for 30 days. She asked how much it cost and I said $60. Her boss called in and she told him I paid $60 and had a 30 day delay then asked him how much to charge for it. He said $85!!! I told her to keep it and walked out. I will never do business with sharks like these.
