        Overall

        For Mother's Day I received an arrangement. Very disappointed, the fruit was not ripe & was hard. I called to complained about the fruit & wanted a partial refund & I would return the in-edible fruit. They wanted to remake the arrangement again, so I said OK. The second time around it was the same. Too much money for in-edible fruit.

        I'm very pleased with their service! I needed an urgent fruit bouquet delivered same day and the sales lady on the phone was very helpful and even made sure to call me to let me know the arrangement was delivered. This is definitely my go to store for any arrangements I will need in the future.
