Bay Colony Children's House

Love this daycare. We've been here for nearly 4 years, and we couldn't be happier! Miss Heather, Cherine, Mrs Aracelli.. We love you! Thank you for caring so much for my child. For teaching him, forgiving me the peace of mind I cherish! I highly recommend Bay Colony Children's House. Thank you, ladies. For everything :)

First off, they have a VERY HIGH turnover rate with their staff. My child has a new teacher in her class almost everyday. Just within the past two months, she has had over six teachers. Second, snacks are apparently not covered in their tuition. I am FORCED to buy snacks for not only my child, but the whole class; and get this: they give ME the list of what they want me to buy. My child has a disability, and when I first approached them with this topic, they were more then willing to work and learn from me. BIG LIE. They refused to work with my child's disability and coping steps to help me. The communication between the staff and the owner/director is none-existent. I would LOVE to remove my kids from this horrible place but due to lack of $ & daycares at this area, I am forced to stay here until there are other openings at other facilities. Concluding, I HIGHLY SUGGEST THAT YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A BETTER DAYCARE. They don't deserve your hard-earned money nor suffering of your child.
