I got off late today and needed to eat something with a lot of protein. My son decided we should go to Outback Steakhouse. The minute I walked in the door, the two ladies in the front ignored me and clearly had a lot of negative attitude due to my appearance. One of the ladies finally took my son and I to our seats, after they finished their brief conversation. When we got to our seats we ordered and everyone who came in after us seemed to be getting their food in a timely manner. We finally got our food and I tasted my steak and it had this gritty sand like texture, as if someone dropped it on the floor and put it back on my plate. After I asked the waiter about the texture of the steak she took my plate and had the kitchen prepare a new steak. The manager offered me soup, but I declined. I got the steak in another 20 minutes and it taste a lot better. Three individuals were seated next to my table and I noticed they had a special menu. A menu I didn't receive. So I asked to see the menu. The lady politely gave me the menu and I immediately went upfront to the hostess and inquired about why I wasn't presented with this special menu. In a very rude tone she said, sorry. The manager offered me a slice of pie, but again I declined, after I expressed to him that I wasn't upset about the pie, I was upset that they couldn't do their job as hostess. I'm in the military so I am sorry if being a hostess doesn't emit pride. I would hope people took pride in any job they had and worked honorably, but I guess that is way too much to expect.

I gave it 3 stars due to our server/bartender. We always sit at bar because we don't have to wait for a table. When I ordered the drink I had there last time that I loved , the bartender looks at me and says"75% of the people who order that drink send it back" I let him know I have had it before. "Most people don't like Sailor Jerry's rum" well, I drink Sailor Jerry's rum and do. Why would he even say such a thing? He never smiled. Acted better then everyone. Had to be asked repeatedly for things. If he's bald with a hairy face, don't sit at the bar. Only left a good tip cause the young sidekick tender was very nice and didn't want to see him loose out because of "better than everyone else here". Wish I knew the names of the two female bartenders from our last time! Service, drinks, correct order and wanting for nothing. They were on!

Provided by SuperpagesI agree with the other blog about portions. They think just because there is only one in the area they can lower portions and they have no happy hour unlike some other locations. Make sure to pay cash because they charged my credit card twice and I had to dispute it with my credit card company. They were to busy with "prepping" to look it up.

I love taking my dogs to Tailwaggers. They always have an opening for them, they do a GREAT job, and they are affordable. I tried taking them somewhere closer to home once, and decided to NEVER try anywhere else again. Nobody compares. They have the cutest things to buy there, too!! I work at a vet clinic and as a pet sitter and I refer EVERYONE to Tailwaggers.

This grooming salon refused to trim my beautiful, sweet puppy's nails because she is an American Pit Bull Terrier. I have never heard of a salon being this ignorant before. For a store that claims to "love" and "know" all about animals, they sure don't know how to research and read statistics. APBT's received a better score on their temperamant tests than golden retrievers and labs. I have never heard of a salon refusing to serve a customer based on the type of dog it it. I am appalled and I will be spreading the word that this business is prejudiced and are not the animal lovers they claim to be.

Provided by SuperpagesThis is not one of the better Outback Steakhouses in the U. S. I have been to many of them throughout the U. S. and this one is the last on the list. The service is poor, and the portions are small. You won't be taking any doggie bags home from here. The salads should be served on an ice cold plate and the lettuce crispy; not here. If you order a bloomin' onion it will be the smallest onion ever. The chicken is not tender at all. There are better places to eat.
