Had a ten year old car that needed a major repair, that would have left me without a car for a couple of days, but thankfully Midwest Automotive supplied me with a very clean, nice-running loaner car. Some other things on my engine apparently needed to be fixed after they dug into the motor, and whether or not I agreed with them on what was broken, their service was still very good. I ended up being car-less for a week, but the only cost of this was the gas I had to buy for the free loaner car I had. It is easy paying an expensive car repair bill when they hand you a 1-year warranty good for anywhere in the country that I didn't have to pay extra for. You can tell that the management and mechanics have a comforting amount of experience.

I have been going there for about 2 1/2 years now after my old service place closed. I tried about 4 other places before I stop in at Midwest Automotive. I found there were very responsive to my needs and price was fair. I have sent some of my friends there and all of them have been happy with the service and price. I also bought a used Ford Explorer from them. I told them what i was looking for and they found one within a month. They will not buy just any vehicle and resell it. They check it out and reject any that seem to have problems and they vehicles they do buy. They check to out completelyand do what repairs are needed.
