Blackhawk Auto Financing

Stay away with this Blackhawks Finance. They told us our balance pay off $3500 on jan 9th 2013 and we paid that off. They havent received our janurary payment were sent on 1/3/2014 of 301 as of car payment. So we paid $3500 off and told them to send us $301 back due to overpayment since the check was still in the mail. So I stopped the check after that paid off balance. Got a call today and told us we still owe for December 9th that the check was stopped. Whoa wait a minute! I sent check December 3rd 2013 and my bank account showed Dec 11th 2013 that the check was cleared and cashed. It was never stopped. But I did stopped Janurary 3rd 2014 check because of overpaid. They threaten me that they won't send my car title. As I see other reviews on multiplies of websites about this company lot same problems complaint. So trust me stay the hell away from them. Reason why we paid off because we can't stand their adjusting interest rate everyday. It's not a fixed rate. We supposed be done with car payment but they extended another year due to interests!? Could not deal with them anymore!!!!!

STAY AWAY from this cheating, lying place of business (and I use that term in its most loose sense as business is not what they are running is more like a scam). They are totally unprofessional, dont know what they are talking about and cant keep their story straight to save their life. Not to mention the harrassment and the 15 different stories depending on who you talk to. I will tell everyone that I meet not to use blackhawk finance. I would not finance a pair of shoes let alone a car with them again.
