The condition of the property was well kept. It was clean when I first moved in which was a great relief.

Great place to live if you need a place in the area! The buildings are so clean, and the maintenance guy is super friendly. He'll even stop by on his days off if need be, it's awesome.

The staff at Venture Management was a pleasure to deal with. They were really good about communicating with residents about when work was being done on the building.

Venture Management offers nice apartements for reasonable rent prices. I love it here.
They have the best manager! She does her best to keep all of the tenants happy and provides great customer service to renters.

Clean and quiet apartments. Grills in the yard are great in the summer time. The management is always on top of things.

Provided by SuperpagesI have rented from Venture Management for almost three years now. The building is very clean and my apartment is nice. I always felt very safe there because of the secure entry to the building. Love the fact you can pay your rent online.
Great apartments. Very clean, quick response to maintenance calls, and quiet, respectful neighbors. Overall, great experience. On-site laundry also a huge plus!
