Steven and Josh were the best! Prompt, courteous, neat...in a word, professional. They checked all the keys and pedals, checked location and moving logistics, and had all the right equipment (including heavy-duty plywood for lining up a direct exit and entry on spring-soft ground). They were prepared with answers to all my questions, including the name of a tuner...important, since I'm relatively new to this area, and made sure that I could access the outlet I'll need for a light...one thing I hadn't considered. They provided a great experience for my sister-in-law, who is preparing for a move to Costa Rica, and for me, who has been piano-less for six years. Had I remembered to ask, I'm sure they would've come up with a wand to wave that would remove the rust from my music-reading skills and the fumbling from my fingers. Next time! Great job, guys!
