Ko's Pro Shop

My visit to KO's pro shop was a poor one at best. Upon entering the store, I was not greeted or even acknowledged by the attenddant for 20 minutes, as he stood talking to his regular customers. These customers also passed me up in line several times. While measuring my finger to drill my new bowling ball, the attendant seemed disinterested and unfriendly. He also seemed agitated by my lack of bowling knowledge, which frustrated me. Overall, the attendant was unfriendly and unhelpful. Aside from the attendant, the Pro Shop has weird hours, and it is unpredictable whether it will be open or not. I only chose KO's because I got a free drilling for a bowling ball I purchased through a league at adjoining Plaza Lanes. I do not plan on coming back.
