William peters( Bill) said he didn't take disability cases and referred me to a friend of his named Bobbie Lewis from Texas who said he was in a lawfirm in North Denver, and he said he was sure he could take my case but that he had to look over my case alittle more which he said was free, I told him I had to go out of town for funerals but I needed an appeal done, so he told me to put 15,000 in a cashier's check in William Peters name, and that he would pay Bobbie Lewis, then one week after Mr Lewis had my money he said he didn't send me a contract because he couldnt take my case, so I told him to give me my money back and he said he refer me to his other friend in Texas, I asked if his friend would meet me first before I hire him and he said he doesn't meet people, I got suspicious, and then I find out that they put some guy by the name of Andrew Martin on my case without me signing a contract and without my permission, it turnes out that he wasn't even licensed in Colorado or Texas and that the real Andrew Martin is a realtor attorney and he's from California and reported his license stolen by a former employee, so to make a long story short I contacted Denver PD and made a report and with FBI, because this Bobbie Lewis may be wanted by police in Texas, and Andrew Martin is just a bogus name William Peters is using so that he can get away with scamming victims, because the attorney regulations told me that when attorneys enter your court case with a fake name then its because they don't want the client to know their real name so that they don't file a report with attorney regulations and the police department because a victim has to have the real name of the attorney in order to file a report, or some convicted criminals who study law in prison get out an act as an attorney to scam you, and since Colorado is one of the states where an attorney doesn't have to be licensed to be on your case. Dont be afraid to complain to police or attorney regulations.
