Rob the owner is scammer. Any company that needs money up front or asap needs to be questioned. These guys do slippy job, over charge and never full fill there promise. Rob, Dallas.. you guys f $ @ !!!!

On 10/22/16, I called this company from a Craig�s list ad because my furnace had stopped working. I didn�t have the resources for a costly repair and, unlike other companies I called, they didn�t charge an expensive service fee or diagnostic fee.

I made an appointment for the next day.

Robert & Robert came to my house and called me before coming to let me know how long it would be. One Robert was the Manager for the company and was training the other Robert. At first, I was concerned about a �trainee� working on my furnace but, after my experience, I learned as much as the trainee.

They diagnosed the problem quickly and explained everything to me as to why and how the breakdown happened. I was concerned about the cost after dealing with several other companies over the years with my rental properties.

I was given an exact cost for the repairs and discounted the service call charge and a multiple property discount after I asked about the discounts listed in thier ad.

I paid the deposit for parts, they left to get parts. They returned about an hour later, installed the new parts, cleaned and serviced my furnace and AC, and were done in about an hour and a half.

They went over everything with me and showed me that everything was working correctly.

Best experience I�ve ever had with a service company.
They now take care of all of my properties and I�ve referred them to my neighbors and friends.

This company is running by a conman named Robert. He changed the wrong AC control board and it doesn't work for heating. He charged me $800 for the work and disappeared after that. I have to call in another HVAC company to fix his work. The technician told me they are the rats of the industry.

Installed a furnace in our rental property and did a great job. Very knowledgeable, Fast, Friendly, and explained everything to me and my tenant.
