Under no circumstances should you hire this guy to work on your home.
I hired chuck in March to install A/C in our house. It took hime 5 weeks to do a basic A/C install. He says he will be there on a certain date, No show / No call. He does not know how to wire an A/C system into your breaker box, He does not know how to wire a thermostat. He becomes combative and abusive when you question what he is doing. Four weeks after the install, the A/C quit working. After numerous texts to Chuck, he responded that he would be out in the next couple of days. Two weeks passed, and I had to hire a reputable company to come out and straighten his work out.

This guy is extremely rude, a very unprofessional person to deal with. I contacted him because my a/c stopped working. He came over, did not mention that he charges a 99 us service call until the end. He said he would fix it next day. He called me back next day to ask for the serial number because he lost it. When I started looking for it, he got frustrated and asked for my husband, and he insinuated that I couldn't find it because I'm a woman and women are too stupid to deal with things like this. He was supposed to call me today, he did not. I contacted him to find out when he's coming over and he said he didn't have time to come over, recommended me to call someone else and hung up on me. He's extremely rude and I think he makes his living charging the 99 us service call. Save yourself a very unpleasant experience and your 99 us.
