Woodhill Apartments

i hated this place. i lived on the bottom story for a year and HATED EVERY moment. the atmosphere is alright, they have a lawn service come out every month however they steel from you. one of the guys tried to take something off my porch and i confronted him. all the apt said about that was they were doing a "good clean" of the apt and that he was just cleaning. (not when it goes in your pocket...) anyway, the front office is full of LAZY people. none of them want to do anything not something as easy as returning a phone call. getting someone to answer the phone is like an act of God, good luck! i had a REALLY hard time getting someone to fix stuff. EVERYTIME. calling lyndfix with a problem or comment is a complete joke. it just gives them more time to screw off and say "they have not gotten the order yet" so sad! if you have a problem with your neighbors, ITS YOUR PROBLEM. they will NOT help you at all. oh yeah, most important. (NOT KIDDING) my buddy and i watched several drug deals in the parking lot. so be careful. i was so thankful that my time was up here. i ran and never looked back, i would rather live on the street... hope this helped!
